How it Works

Register with Lunch Orders

First things first, you’ll need to set up an account!

Go to to register with Lunch Orders and start ordering your lunches! 

Log In / Reset Password

Once set up, you can log in by entering your username and password on the top right hand side of any page.

If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your password, use the link provided to reset your password.

Add a Child

To add a child go to Dashboard/My Account > Add New Child > then enter your child’s details and select school > Save Details 


Edit Child Information

You can easily edit your child’s information, such as the school they attend or room number by going to Dashboard/My Account > Edit (Blue Button, located at the left hand side of child’s name) > Edit Fields needed > Send (to save changes). 

Wallet Top-Up

Lunch Orders works like a ‘wallet’. To add funds to your wallet, go to your Dashboard/My Account > Top Up My Wallet > Enter Amount > Checkout.  



Once you have set up your account, you can now order yummy school lunches per child. Same day orders have a cut-off at 8.30 am!
This can be done by going to
 Dashboard/My Account > Place an Order > Select Main Meal > Add to Cart > Choose from Check out or Continue Shopping.  

Checkout: If you wish to checkout, ensure that you have the correct day of delivery for your order to process through to your desired date. You may pay directly by card or from your wallet credit

Continue Shopping: If you wish to add more to your order from our list of Add-ons. Add anything else you would like to order and proceed to checkout. 

Please complete a transaction for each child to separate orders.  

Edit Order / Cancel Order

Request for cancellations must be submitted before 8.30am of the order’s delivery date. Cancellation/refund credit will be given to your Lunch Orders account. If your order has been processed through and you have an Order Number, you will not be able to edit your order. For manual changes please reach out to us on  

If you would like to cancel an order, please request a refund by following the steps below.

My account > Order History (beside Place an Order) > Request Refund > Pop up window: Provide reason > Submit.


Transaction History

You can view your past transactions by going to your Dashboard/My Account My Wallet. This will show you a list of all orders and top-ups you have done on your account.

For any discrepancies, please provide the Order Number and Food Items you have purchased. 

Please note: Each order, once processed, sends an email confirmation and lists out the items you have ordered (eg. wallet top-up / classic cheeseburger and wedges) and the delivery date.  

For account closure, please send through your details using the contact form for for the team to initiate an account closure a refund any balance on your Lunch Orders account.
